It's a Bird! It's a Plane! It's Superbad!
The summer movie season is winding down. The high-falutin' "prestige films" aren't out yet. Fortunately, "Superbad" is here to fill the gap and save the day.
Searches on "superbad" are up 350% over the past 30 days, and are currently among our top 1,500 terms. This intense interest comes despite the fact that the film, like pretty much every teen comedy ever made, revolves around high school dorks trying to score with chicks. What can we say—the formula's gold.
Also golden are the movie's numerous related searches. Queries on "superbad clips," "superbad soundtrack," and "superbad uncensored trailer" are all on the rise. And, while buzz on the film's stars is modest, we've got a feeling that Christopher Mintz-Plasse (the dude who plays "McLuvin") is destined to be a star in Search.
