The 20 Buzziest Cars of 2008

There are three things for which we're happy to pay a premium—fancy food, fancy toilet paper, and fancy cars. We'd love to devote an entire column to the top toilet paper searches, but instead we'll focus on which 2008 cars are getting the most love in Search.

Though it's far from the sexiest ride on the road, the 2008 Chevy Malibu is the most searched-for automobile over the past seven days. That's likely due to the omnipresent "Soon there will be a car you can't ignore" commercials. Other models making impressive showings in Buzz include the 2008 Honda Accord, the 2008 Nissan Altima, and the 2008 Ford Focus.

For whatever reason, many of the most searched-for models are sensible sedans. We had to look a bit further down the list to find some rides that burned rubber. We ended up with plenty, including the 2008 Chevy Camaro, the 2008 Dodge Challenger, and the 2008 Nissan Skyline.

Here's a complete list of the top 20 searches, from boring family cars to kick-butt coupes. Buckle up and enjoy.
