Presidential politics is fueling Buzz searches today. So we went with it.
- Rahm Emanuel (+9,810%). The House Democrat from Chicago is surging in Search after being tapped as the Chief of Staff for Obama.
- Amy Carter (+4,74%). Interest in the daughter of President Jimmy Carter has understandably surged as she was the last child to occupy the White House. The Obamas' children will now be the new, young kids on the block.
- Presidential inauguration 2009 tickets (+422%). Already, supporters are looking up details on the up-coming event that will focus around the theme "A New Birth of Freedom." Hurry: Hotels along the parade route are already booked. Find out about the presidential inauguration here.
- How many people voted in 2008 (+363%). It's a good question, one which we won't know until all the votes are counted. So far, Obama received 64,240,004 votes to McCain's 56,629,086. For more on the election go here.
- Obama, Japan (+ 329%). Yes, the place really exists. Obama, which means "little beach" in Japanese, caught Buzz for itsĀ "Obama for Obama" campaign, complete with its own Obama Girls hula dancing troupe.
