You will not even believe the gossip we've got. You know Alicia Silverstone? The actress who played the clueless Cher in the 1995 high school flick "Clueless?" She was overheard gabbing with gal-pal Amy Heckerling—the writer and director of the movie that was based loosely on Jane Austen's "Emma."
We hear they were talking sequel. The script is supposedly being worked on now, and it would reportedly be a high school reunion. We hope that if it's true, that would mean a reunion of the cast, which included Brittany Murphy and Paul Rudd. If Search is any indication, they should totally make this movie. Lookups on "Alicia Silverstone" are surging. Still, it's just a rumor. But one we really, really hope is true.
Oh, and if you can't remember why you would want to see the Beverly Hills crew all grown up, check out the original trailer to the movie here. Or don't. Whatever.
