Here's something you don't hear everyday -- a former United States governor offering to water board a former United States vice-president. That's exactly what happened on Larry King Live, when Jesse Ventura offered his services to Dick Cheney.
Of course, the offer was made in jest (kind of). Ventura, a former Navy SEAL, has been water boarded and contends that it is torture, something that Mr. Cheney does not believe. Ventura believes that's just because Cheney has never had it done. "Give me a water board, Dick Cheney, and one hour," Ventura said, "and I’ll have him confess to the Sharon Tate murders."
