Guys, please don't try this one at home. Thomas Beatie, who you'll remember as the "Pregnant Man," gave birth to his second child, a healthy baby boy, People magazine reported.
Beatie was born female but had breast removal surgery and legally changed sex from female to male. But Beatie wanted a baby, and so he kept his female reproductive parts, which enabled him to get pregnant and give birth.
According to OMG, the transgendered Beatie told "The Oprah Winfrey Show" that having babies did not make him feel feminine: "I'm a man, I just happen to be a pregnant man."
The pregnant papa successfully delivered a girl last year, causing the Buzz to go baby crazy. Searches on "pregnant man" rose over 26,000%. Queries on "thomas beatie" surged 3,000%. And with the couple welcoming baby number two, Buzz on "thomas beatie" immediately swelled. No news yet on the new baby's name.
