Sarah Silverman Has a Secret
Sarah Silverman would like you to know something: She and Matt Damon are going all the way on a regular basis. Well, not really, but Sarah's music video (which recently aired on boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel's talk show) has caused a huge stir in Search. Queries on "sarah silverman matt damon," "sarah silverman video," and "sarah silverman rap" each posted triple digit gains. It's a funny clip, but if you're easily offended you should probably click elsewhere.

Jerry O'Connell: Suddenly Funny
"Tomcats." "Body Shots." "Kangaroo Jack." Jerry O'Connell doesn't often star in movies worth watching. So we were understandably surprised to stumble across a clip that made us re-think our "stay away" stance.
The viral video, not coming to a theater near you, features the c-lister doing a dead-on impression of Tom Cruise's recent Scientology video. It's an impressive performance full of subtle grins and terrifying guffaws worthy of the Top Gun himself.
Searches on Jerry surged into the thousands and related queries on "jerry o'connell tom cruise spoof" and "jerry o'connell parody" also posted gains. Additionally, interest in FunnyOrDie.com, the site that hosts the clip, jumped 25%. The attention is good news for O'Connell, but we doubt Cruise will be inviting his former co-star back for "Jerry Maguire 2" any time soon.

Your Viewing Pleasure
Your appetite for short, viral videos is insatiable. Buzz shows that video searches are one of the hottest types of queries. We took a deeper dive into the video clips rocking the world of Search and surfaced with a few gems.
Searches on YouTube, a site that allows you to upload and tag videos, are up 123% over the last month and it's a big hit with the under-24 crowd. The site has taken the Web by storm, registering zero buzz until early October, when queries on the site took off, placing YouTube in our top 200 searches.
People looking for "funny videos" gave the term a 4% boost this week, making it one of our top 500 searches. While no two senses of humor are alike, the video of William Shatner warbling a version of the song "Rocket Man" has been responsible for more than a few giggles in the Buzz aisle. But if you're looking for more than a laugh, tune in to our list of 20 hot video searches...
Contagious Viral Videos
Viral videos continue to infect the Buzz, passing from inbox to inbox. Fevered searches on "viral video" jumped 51% this week, and productivity went down the tubes as searchers sought out the next funny forward.
This week's roundup of viral highlights kicks off with the goofball rap phenomenon started by SNL's Lazy Sunday clip. Attempting like mad to cash in on its newfound cred, Live has increasingly given way to pre-taped digital shorts. A spot featuring actress Natalie Portman doing a goofball rap of her very own triggered searches on "natalie portman snl" and "natalie portman rap," while boosting Buzz on the brunette beauty 27%. NBC later spoiled the party for YouTube fans when it demanded that the clip be pulled from the video repository and posted it to their own "official NBC viral site," taking the vitality out of the viral.
An amazingly detailed live action re-enactment of the opening sequence of Buzz fave The Simpsons also proved popular with searchers. Queries on "live action simpsons" jumped 128% on Sunday as the video spread person to person across the nation.
Finally, a timely clip from the wilds of March Madness slammed onto the Buzz this weekend. It wasn't an outrageous dunk but a horrific injury. Searches on "allan ray video" and "allan ray eye video" jumped after the Villanova guard was poked in the eyeball during the Big East tourney. Thankfully, Ray will probably be able to play in the NCAA tournament, while the images of his poor eye getting smushed will live on forever on the Net.
